Bryan Niles B.S. C.S. C.S. graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. Degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 1995. He attained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification in 1997 from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is current.
His love of exercise started from the age of two and as soon as his dad started teaching him how to kick a soccer ball. He grew up playing Soccer, Football, and Baseball, as well as Swimming. Brian was a competitive power lifter in college and placed in the top 3 at all competitions with some first place trophies as well.
Bryan has been weight training for 33 years and counting, and it is something he is very passionate about. He has a background in rehab, strength and conditioning, adaptive physical education, and personal training of all populations.
Bryan loves training people and seeing them get the results they aspire to. To achieve those results, they must have quality first and the rest will come. He is a “technique freak” as proper technique is the key to longevity, not only in weight training, but also in life. He looks forward to many more years of achieving the results they desire as a healthy mind and a healthy body are the keys to a long life.
