What to Expect:
Finding your WHY! This planner will take you through the exclusive and effective Custom Mastery Program. You will be guided through the process of figuring out what changes you want to make in your life, what your priorities are, and organize how, were, and when you will make this all happen.
FULL days of planning. One issue that I always have with planners is the absence of TIME. Most planners begin between 7AM and 9AM, and end between 8PM and 10PM. For me, and many other people who I help, that is NOT enough time to get life done. Personally, I am a fitness professional who wakes up between 3AM and 4AM so I can work at 5AM for my early rising clients. Every time I try to use a planner, I am completely discouraged by the time that I am unable to plan for. I find myself cramming notes into any open corner or binding where I can fit my unaccounted timing. That is completely ineffective and not motivational. This planner begins each day at 3AM and ends at 11PM. That is a full day of function.
Month AT A GLANCE - This planner begins each month with a full single page calendar to put notes, regularly scheduled events, birthdays, things to remember, etc.
JOURNALING – Each section gives you the opportunity to journal and take notes on your experiences, record important addresses and phone numbers, and anything else that you feel you need to jot down and remember.
Physical activity goals – Each section provides sections to record specific physical activity time and type goals. Often, people need tangible evidence to hold them accountable for their goals. Writing them down will help you plan AND execute the task to keep your health and well for the long term.
Grocery Lists - Each month has 4 grocery lists with check boxes to help with weekly food shopping trips.
