Videos

Every Full Body, Split and Pilates Workout comes with a full video describing form and function of each exercise.

This allows clients to understand and actually HEAR and SEE verbal and visual cues to complete each exercise safely and effectively. Most videos (with the exception full feature Pilates) are between 3 and 6 minutes long.

Full Body Workouts

Choose full body workouts to get a well rounded complete workout that can be completed 2 to 3 times per week.

Split Workouts

These workouts can be performed on consecutive or alternating days. Be sure to leave at least an entire 1-2 days of rest between the SAME body parts.

This option is provided for a more concentrated workout style.

Choose split workouts to break your days between:

  1. Back and Biceps

  2. Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

  3. Legs

  • What do you need?

    • Most HOME workouts can be completed with mats, exercise bands, dumbbells, and exercise balls.

full FEATURE PILATES WORKOUT

Access this month’s Pilates video. Here you will be able to view an entire 45-50 minute full body Pilates workout that was filmed at Tonicity Fit Personal Training Studio. Best when performed 1-2 times per week.

Most Pilates workouts can be completed with mats, exercise bands, and/or dumbbells.

Accountability and support

All memberships include access to the Tonicity Fit MEMBERS ONLY Facebook group, Fearless Courage with Tonicity Fit.

For an additional $5 per month, members will have the opportunity to access a REAL LIVE accountability coach for 1 session per month. All sessions will be 25 minutes long, and can be completed via Skype, Facebook Messenger, Telephone, or any other convenient calling methods. Calls can be video or audio, and scheduled at the client’s convenience.


Fitness Level?

This program is intended for individuals who have had experience working out at home and/or in a gym setting.

This is NOT intended to be a beginner program, and is designed for participants who are in otherwise good health and have partaken is some kind of exercise program in the past.
